What Does Success Look Like at TTEC?

Andrea starts every day as she drives to work with this Ghandi quote in her mind, "Be the light you want to see in the world." For her, it's all about starting each shift with the right mindset - and that's a choice each of us can make and mindset is something we control.

Ande started with TTEC during our peak healthcare period as an associate and was quickly (and by quickly I mean within a couple of days!) asked to step into a sales coaching role. She loved the experience and loved that she was working towards one team vision!

Today Ande is a Team Lead in our Las Vegas site. TTEC allows her to grow individually, make an impact, but also stay true to herself. Because of the consistency and convenience of the program she supports and her hours, she's able to focus on a passion project outside of work where she helps to educate families on financial literacy so that they can reach their financial goals.
