TTEC Triumphs: TTEC Philippines Tops Recent Candidate Experience Award!

TTEC Philippines gained the top spot for the most recent Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards conducted by Talent Board, a non-profit organization known for promoting and elevating candidate experience quality by benchmarking fairness, accountability, and business impact. The organization recognizes companies worldwide for their efforts in providing outstanding interactions and processes with job seekers throughout hiring activities.

TTEC's DNA: giving an exceptional recruitment journey

TTEC has consistently provided excellent candidate experience and we have been a mainstay on the list of CandE award winners for the APAC region for four years running – 8th place for 2020, 6th place for 2021, and 2nd place for 2022. For our Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, it's really just the TTEC way.

This year, TTEC is ranked #1 in the CandE Awards, proof of our drive to build positive company culture and positive impact on the communities and individuals looking for amazing job opportunities in the Philippines. Talent Board conducts the CandE Awards yearly to honor companies that receive top ratings from candidates based on benchmark research collected and analyzed through employer and candidate surveys. The scores from the surveys determine the award recipients, and TTEC has come out on top for 2023.
