Here's to a Season of Service

In appreciation of our veterans and active duty service members, Women in Leadership (WIL) was proud to partner with the Military Assistance Mission (MAM) this holiday season to serve military families in need across the Valley in Phoenix, Arizona. Employees in our three Phoenix, Arizona locations kicked off the outreach efforts by organizing and hosting gift donation drives starting on Veterans Day. Each site housed donation bins where employees could also donate gifts during the drive. Remote employees also had the opporutnity to participate in the giving. The drive was a success with more than 100 gifts donated to the cause. But the team didn't stop there. Following the donation drive, more than 25 TTEC employees, their families and "plus ones" joined together to volunteer at the Operation Holiday Open House to serve the 950+ families that signed up for the program. We were truly honored to pay it forward to our men and women in uniform and their children who make sacrifices day in and day out to protect our country.
