Yes! We’re excited you're ready to start your journey in the application process to become a part of our onsite customer service team. Applying for the role is the first step – and then we’ll be alongside you as you move through the application journey.
Step 1: Apply
Find the right role for you? As you’re going through the initial apply process, be sure to complete the required information. We want to know more about you. It’s time to shine!
Step 2: Assessment
We can’t wait to get to know you and have you get to know us.
You’ll receive an email guiding you through how to complete this step. Remember, you’ll want to complete it in a timely manner so that you can keep moving through the process.
Step 3: Interview
Once you get your notification, you'll be asked to self schedule your interview. Remember to get it scheduled right away. Spots fill up fast, so check back daily to reserve your interview time.
And in some cases, you may be contacted directly by a recruiter to help you schedule your interview.
Step 4: Job offer
After the interview, you’ll receive a notification letting you know the next step. We’re rooting for you!

What is the assessment process like?
It’s your time for you to get to know TTEC and for us to get to know more about you. You may have a module assessing computer literacy, English proficiency and more. It depends on the program and type of role.
Pro tip: Set aside about 20 minutes or so in a quiet space to take the assessments. While you can take the assessment on your phone, it may be a better experience for you if you do it from a computer.
What can I expect during the interview?
We're excited that you've got your interview time! Depending on where you are in the world, you may have a one to one interview with the recruiter. It may be a group interview. And you may even meet the hiring manager or other team members then or at a later date.
It all just depends on the role you've applied for....Good news, your recruitment team will be alongside you during the process.

I received a job offer, what's next?
Got the job offer? Congrats, that's great news. Now, depending on where you are in the world and on the program, there may be some more tasks ahead before you're officially hired. It may be that there's some tech checks or there may be some additional pre-employment screening requirements.
You'll be in good hands with your recruitment team and they can guide you through this process.
