New Site, Renewed Excitement - India

TTEC India (formerly Motif Inc.) was established almost two decades ago, with our office space in the Centre of Ahmedabad City, Gujarat State, India. From its humble beginnings, TTEC India has grown into a second home to more than 2,000 team members, who have their origins from different states scattered all over India, into an amalgamation of multi-cultural and diverse demographic. We’re excited to share the new space with you, join me for our Site Tour!

Ahmedabad continues to be a great source of world-class Information Technology talent, where today’s graduates can bring their college education, develop their skills, and grow into experienced team members & leaders. Our new site Off. S.G Highway is situated near the happening & upcoming part of the ever-expanding city of Ahmedabad. The new site will provide more opportunities to connect and grow between colleagues and their departments.

The entire complex is spread over 156000 sq. ft with a seven floor structure for office space and three underground levels providing ample covered parking for our team members. The site’s security cabin at the entrance ensures the safety and security of every visitor and employee at TTEC.

The Lift & Waiting area has plants and big open windows through which ample sunlight & fresh air pours through. The white walls with intricate Indian Rangoli designs make it a visually appealing space.

Level 0: When you enter through the main entrance, we have a huge lobby with a carefully furnished reception. This level also contains talent acquisition Recruitment offices,interview rooms, administration, test rooms and a talent acquisition engagement office space with a separate refreshment room & lavatory for aspiring candidates.

Level 1: The Canteen is a completely air-conditioned space where everyone enjoys their meals and breaks. Need to relax on your break? There are televisions screening sports & news channels all the time. Also, we have coffee & tea available 24x7. Still hungry? Fast food & snacks are also available round the clock. 

Level 1: We have a large training space that is exclusively where new hires learn the ropes for their new roles during their nesting period (the time frame during which a trainee can listen in to customer calls and begin to demonstrate their own response with supervision). Four departments have their operations here which are Training, Learning & Development, Information Technology (IT) & Business Solutions (Software).

Levels 2-5 are completely dedicated to Business Processes, where we have our majority of operations based. Open architecture cubicles gives a sense of inclusiveness & progress. Each floor has multiple lavatories and drinking water units attached to it. For programs with higher data privacy needs, some areas have different levels of access.

Ready for a game on your break? We have a recreation area which houses ping pong, foosball, volleyball, and an artificial cricket pitch for team members to enjoy and have a game with our colleagues.
