Staying motivated to pursue this kind of continuous improvement at work can be difficult. But, I thrive on challenges. That’s my internal wiring. I view them as opportunities to learn, evolve, and develop new abilities.
My journey at TTEC began as a chat associate. After a couple of years, I got promoted to Trainer. I had the privilege of training teams and sharing my knowledge and skills. I teach people to be open to developing themselves further, so I definitely live that as well. And that’s all continuous learning at TTEC is. The willingness to be more.
The pursuit of more
As a trainer, I tried to help employees develop their skills and confidence. Those open to finding and using new knowledge are the most successful ones.
Additionally, I always try to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. I love looking for innovative ways to enhance my performance. Growing means avoiding stagnation. Always keep diversifying your skills.
This commitment to personal and professional growth keeps me energized and dedicated to delivering my best every day. This is the ingredient to success.

What’s been pivotal to my growth at TTEC has been mentorship and teamwork. As a trainer, I had the chance to mentor new team members, help them find their footing, their strengths, and their path forward. I really valued supporting them through what can be a difficult learning process.
Giving and receiving input
This experience taught me the value of giving gentle guidance and considerate support. More importantly, it’s also helped me understand the need to receive help with grace and humility.
Regular feedback from my managers and colleagues has played a crucial role for my career throughout different TTEC job opportunities. It helps me identify areas for improvement – key information if your goal is to maximize yourself at work.
After being a trainer, I was promoted to Team Lead. In this new role, I’ve relied heavily on teamwork. I foster a collaborative work environment where everyone can be open about their strengths (which we leverage) and their weaknesses (which we improve on).
We give a collective effort to bring out the best in one another. Through that experience, we gain shared knowledge which has been crucial in overcoming challenges and achieving our team goals.
This blend of mentorship and teamwork fuels my personal growth and also propels our collective success at TTEC. That’s a great work environment.
