We’re just a few weeks away from the official open enrollment period in the United States. The open enrollment period is such a critical time especially now during the Global Pandemic.  During this time, Americans determine health insurance elections that are important for them and their families.

The demand for Licensed Health Insurance Agents is the highest this season so it’s a great time put your license to work to make a difference in people’s lives and join the TTEC family. And you can do it all while working from the comfort of your own home.

In this role, the customer is your #1 priority. You’ll take only inbound calls, answer questions about health insurance enrollment, assist with enrollment and health plan selection. This role is seasonal but don’t let that stop you from applying! You’ll have the opportunity to be considered for other TTEC roles so when the season is up you’ll continue working.
