Steps to create a compelling elevator pitch

Reflecting on our strengths and accomplishments to craft the pitch can be challenging. Let’s get started with identifying your strengths and achievements.

Self-Reflection:

  • Take time to introspect. Consider your experiences, both personal and professional.

  • Ask yourself: What tasks or activities do I excel at? What do others appreciate about my contributions?

Feedback from Others:

  • Reach out to colleagues, mentors, or friends. Ask them about your strengths and what they value in your work.

Review Past Roles and Projects:

Mention Your Two Most Important Accomplishments:

  • Share a couple of achievements that demonstrate your impact.
