BUILD Your Career with TTEC

We talk a lot about opportunity with TTEC – opportunity to grow your career, opportunity for professional development, opportunity for continuous learning. We're often asked how TTEC nurtures these opportunities.  One of the ways is through BUILD, our talent development program that supports our high-potential associates, team leaders and managers with their development for their next role. With this program, high-potential team members are nominated and selected to be trained, mentored and prepared for the next challenge.

We turned to a couple of BUILDers that were selected to learn more about how their professional development has been impacted with the support of this program:

We also asked what is advice Cha has for high potential associates looking to develop themselves as future leaders? She shared to be attentive and take the training seriously because it will help support each person in their career.

“The overall experience with the BUILD program was really good. There was a collaborative spirit between the training group and the trainer. It was fun to prepare and conduct presentations about different topics. BUILD gave me an insight into teaching technics and the successful utilization of programs and software for remote training. Additionally, it provided knowledge about different learner types and classroom management.”
