A Platinum Work Ethic Drives Career Growth

Just a few short years ago, Jerome was on a mission to learn English.  And now he's a Platinum Club Winner for 2019 with TTEC. While living in France, Jerome and his wife had an opportunity to move to Belfast. He started in 2015 on the French team with goals to learn English and become a part of the management team.

With a focus on achieving goals for clients and for TTEC, Jerome's experience and his impact on the business continued to grow. Between his sales experience, client mindset and previous experience in France, a new role was created for him as a strategic marketing manager where he supports the marketing efforts for clients. Jerome shares that several leaders have been an integral part of helping him to stretch, develop, and take on challenges. And how about that goal to become a manager? Now that Jerome has achieved that goal – he's still pushing, working hard, and looking for more opportunity. Complacency isn't a part of his English vocabulary! Perhaps someday we will see Jerome at HQ in Denver, where he has his eyes set next.
