What You’ll Do
Do you love to plan, build, and analyze marketing campaigns to help drive brand awareness, lead engagement, and demand generation? As an Account Based Marketing Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be building audiences and launching ABM campaigns for display ad networks via ZoomInfo Marketing and LinkedIn via LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You will collaborate with the wider marketing team, especially the content and design teams, to strategize and execute ads, and to provide ongoing campaign reporting, trends, and optimization recommendations.

You'll report to the Executive Director of Marketing Operations and Digital Experience. You’ll contribute to the success of the business by enabling account-based marketing and demand generation best practices, to increase TTEC brand awareness and lead volume with our priority audiences and accounts, and to help demonstrate why TTEC is the best CX partner in the market.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize ABM channel approach to achieve marketing and sales goals.
  • Deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team for ad channel and ad content/copy best practices, based on campaign audiences, engagement goals, buyers stage, and campaign budgets.
  • Build ABM audiences and launch campaigns in ZoomInfo MarketingOS and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including ongoing monitoring, reporting, and optimization of campaigns across channels.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and trends to stakeholders, including detailed KPIs per channel, per campaign, and per ad set. Roadmap and implement A/B testing for continuous channel optimization and learning
  • Evaluate surge topic, buyer signal insights, web visitor company data, and priority account feedback to help inform target audiences and ongoing ABM refinement per campaign, and collaborate with lead generation and sales teams in buyers' journey nurture planning.
  • Research and communicate ABM and digital channel best practices, in general and within specific ad channels, to the wider marketing team, to help optimize ongoing and future campaigns
  • Plan and execute paid channel campaigns via Google Ads (Google remarketing list and ad building and Google search engine marketing research and ad building)

What You Bring to the Role

  • 3+ years experience in B2B account-based marketing, digital demand generation, or similar field, with experience planning, launching, and reporting on key performance indicators of paid digital media campaigns/channels.
  • Experience building and launching digital advertising within an Account Based Marketing advertising platform (ZoomInfo Marketing, Terminus, DemandBase, 6sense, RollWorks, etc.), with ZoomInfo Marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience planning, building, and launching LinkedIn ads via LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including building audiences, account parameters, and persona-based lists for ads.
  • Experience building remarketing lists and planning and executing remarketing campaigns and experience researching Google Search Engine Marketing (SEM) keywords and topics, and building, monitoring, and optimizing Google Search Ads preferred but not required.
  • At least some of the below digital channel certifications:
    • LinkedIn Marketing - Fundamentals Certification
    • LinkedIn Marketing - Marketing Strategy Certification
    • ZoomInfo Marketing Certification
    • Google Ads Display Certification
    • Google Ads Search Certification 
  • BA/BS in Marketing, business, or Computer/Tech-related subject, preferably also with LinkedIn Marketing, ZoomInfo Marketing, and/or Google Ads certification(s).
  • Experience working within an Agile project management approach to multi-task and prioritize numerous concurrent projects and initiatives.
